Internally, the Board has established standing Committees which advice and assist the Board in the performance of its functions. These Board Committees provide technical support of how best VTA can carry out its activities. The member of this Board Committee may be appointed from among the members of the Board or from outside of the Board.

There are two Board Committees namely:

• Planning and Finance Committee

• Education and Training Committee
